Chairman, Henk Bank (1951)

Henk is a son of a bike shop / groceries shop owner in Hoogmade. He is married to Betty van de Ploeg and has three daughters of which Judith is the oldest. All of his daughters have moved out of the parental house and Betty and Henk are living together in the village of Hoogmade where Henk was born. He has a degree as goldsmith and micro mechanic but he works as a registration specialist for an energy provider in the Netherlands.

He inherited the club virus and he has got good organizing skills. His father was a club person too. Two months after his fathers death he took his place in the board and he is a member up until today. Besides this board membership, he took place in several others boards and received a royal ribbon, a symbol to recognize all his efforts.

He thought it would be a challenge to take place in the board of Caras Alegres and after he gave it some thought he decided to become the chairman of the foundation.
